1. Nature of Services
All services offered by Nextap Solutions are digital and customized in nature, including but not limited to: Digital profile creation Plan selection and activation Email ID or profile setup Design, configuration, and deployment of digital assets Due to the nature of digital services, once the service is initiated or delivered, it cannot be reversed.
2. No Refund Policy
Once a plan is selected and the digital profile ID is created or activated, no refund, return, or cancellation will be provided under any circumstances. This includes cases where: The customer changes their mind after purchase The service has already been started or completed Login credentials or access details have been shared The digital profile or email ID has been activated
3. Service Confirmation
Customers are advised to: Carefully review the selected plan and features before making payment Confirm all details shared with our team Any confirmation provided by the customer (verbally, via WhatsApp, email, or website) will be treated as final approval to proceed.
4. Exceptional Cases (Service Errors)
Refunds are not applicable, however, in rare cases where: There is a technical error solely from our side The service is not delivered as per the agreed scope We may, at our discretion, provide: Service correction Technical support Rework of the digital profile This does not constitute a refund.

Nextap Solutions is not responsible for: Delays or issues caused by third-party platforms Policy changes, downtime, or restrictions imposed by external services Refunds will not be issued for issues arising from third-party platforms.
6. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Any chargeback or payment dispute raised after service initiation will be considered a violation of this policy and may result in suspension of services.
